I am excited to reopen my books and see you all. In efforts to keep us all safe please
abide by the regulations stated below. Looking forward to styling you !

All clients must wear a mask during the entirety of the appointment.

I will be servicing only one client at a time. No exceptions for additional persons
during appts.

All equipment and tools are sanitized and disinfected before and after every
service.

Both client and stylist must wash their hands at the start of the appointment.

If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms, please reschedule your
appointment for a later date.
Hair Service FAQ
Where can I book an appointment?
o You can book an appointment on our website or through the “book” link on our
page. Please no DM’s or texts for appointments.
o Once you book through the site, you will receive a confirmation email with the
address and parking directions.
Are the times on your booking site your only availability?
o Yes, there are no squeeze in or additional availability other than what is shown
online.
Are you in a salon or home based?
o I am a home-based stylist. However, I do have salon equipment so you will not
have to come washed and blow dried. This will be included in the service.
Do you have hair or units on hand?
o At the moment I do not have hair or units on hand. I would advise following my
Instagram (@janaialliyahbeauty) for updates.
Custom Unit FAQ
What are my options for custom units?
o I offer custom units made with my own extensions or the customer may provide
their own hair.
o If hair is pre – worn it must be washed and fully dry when dropped off. Closures
and frontals cannot be prewarn.
Processing times for custom / premade units?
o All online units take 10 – 15 business days to receive.
o Custom units provided with client’s hair takes 5 – 7 business days to complete.
(Shipping and delivery is available)
How do I book and appointment for install?
o You can book through the “booking button” on my Instagram page or through
my website.
o The first install will be free when you purchase a custom unit from the website.
How do I put in my request for a custom unit?
o Email janaialliyahhair@gmail.com with the following
1.) Hair texture
2.) Hair length
3.) Closure of frontal
4.) Color
5.) Style
6.) Deadline if you need a rush order
7.) Picture of the look you’re going for if you have it.
a. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the email. Once the
invoice is paid the processing will begin.
